Start a world tour game, choose a car class, and, at the transmission select screen, enter the following codes to acces the hidden cars.
Race As Ice Cream Truck:
Press and hold select, and press R2, L2, L2, d, d, L2, L2, R1. If you entered the code correctly, you'll hear a sound. When the race starts you will be driving an Ice Cream Truck.
Race As School Bus:
Press and hold select, and press L1, u, L2, d, d, L2, L2, R2. If you entered the codes correctly, you'll hear a sound. When the race starts you will be driving a School Bus.
